This is a name we are unlikely to forget for some time, but how come a storm is named after a person and who was Ophelia?
WHY?
In October 2013, seventeen people died throughout Europe following a storm on St Jude’s day.

After this the Irish and UK Met offices decided to introduce a storm naming system to give a single authoritative name to storms, the first storm was called Abigail in November 2015.

Storms that trigger a status Orange or Red weather warning will be named.
Once upon a time a Service Engineer used his phone as a diary and to generate Invoices for completed jobs.
• Every day he used the diary on the phone to record upcoming appointments, to record the hours worked and for what clients.

• One day his phone was stolen

• Because of that he missed appointments and lost track of the unbilled hours.

• Because of that he lost clients and money

• Until finally be decided to get a A5 diary and use it a s a back up

In 2017 it was estimated that every second 2,500,000 emails were sent, that equates to approximately 206 billion per year.

Business emails sent are 120,000,000 per day. 10% of emails bounce and approximately 20% are opened, this means that 70% of all emails are never read.

If you are using email marketing to develop business and grow sales you may be disappointed with the result, the big benefit of emails is that they are free.
If you decide to write to your prospects you can be sure of one thing, all letters are opened.
Letters are perceived to be more personal but there is a cost and it obviously takes longer to reach the customer but guaranteed to be opened and read.Click on this text to edit it.
Just like handwriting, how a person shakes hand is also a clue to their inner nature. Nowhere will you find a larger variety in handshakes than at your workplace. So if you know what each handshake says about the person you are interacting with at workplace, you can put that knowledge to good use. Here are ten types of handshakes that you should know about.

1. Sweaty palms: This is usually the sign of a nervous person. When a person is nervous their sympathetic nervous system often becomes overactive, sometimes resulting in sweaty palms.

2. Dead fish: Of all the types of handshakes, the 'dead fish' is the most infamous one. The hand has no energy, there is no shake, no squeeze, not even a pinch, and it gives the feeling you are holding a dead fish instead of a hand. This handshake is synonym to low self-esteem.
